It can be a costly exercise to provide your staff with the right training on topics like IFRS. Ensuring it is set at the right level and focussed on the needs of your staff and your clients can take up valuable time, or at best require significant external input. We work with the Baker Tilly International Network training consultants to tailor courses to satisfy our needs and yours. We can also tailor the course to your specific requirements, whether it’s a regular challenge you face in accounting which you want to discuss or a new standard which is causing you concern.
And the training isn’t limited to accounting. We have developed an innovative programme to explore the role of the auditor and how best to develop a mutually beneficial working relationship. Often disputes arise due to one party not fully appreciating the others position, and so by covering what an auditor is required to do and why they are asking those questions, these disputes can be managed and the impact (and time spent!) minimised.
We also offer training on maximising the potential of your staff and you through personal development and personnel management course. This summer we will be offering courses on Critical thinking and Personal Effectiveness, and Coaching, Mentoring and Appraisal skills. These aim to maximise the output and efficiency of your most valuable asset, your team, and ensure a highly effective working environment in which they can thrive.
