Bernard established the practice in 1994 trading under the name Le Claire and Partners and providing accounting and taxation services to a small number of Jersey based businesses. Over the past 17 years he has overseen the growth of the company and the expansion of its business lines. Bernard continues to play an active role in the accountancy practice with a focus on accounting and taxation matters.

David has more than twenty years experience in the Financial Services Industry, including twelve years as an audit engagement leader. Under his direction the practice continues to expand and to increase the range of services we can offer to clients. David retains an active client portfolio of mainly assurance and taxation related clients.

Ewan has a first class honours degree in Accounting and Finance and qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 2001. He has extensive experience in IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP all of which supports his audit specialism, particularly in the Alternatives space. He has led the audits of large Investment Management organisations both from the Fund and Corporate sides.

Ewan has also led Payroll compliance and advisory projects with large mutlinational clients providing guidance and advice throughout the process.

Ewan also carries out Corporate Finance and Due Diligence assignments for our clients.
